After early roles managing client relationships and being commercially responsible for a mobile and gaming department, I led an integrated production office in London, and before Dot Connectors did this across Europe as Executive Producer. Crafting processes that help teams do the work and earn recognition. Today, at Dot Connectors, I embed production strategy, fix ways of working, and lead delivery for clients across categories.
